In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the eth77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. 21+
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of eth77, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. eth77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot satisfy eligibility verification.

To access eth77's real-money gaming products, you must register a member account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the eth77 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• Identity verification (KYC): eth77 may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other acceptable documentation — before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time we deem appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account non-transferability: Your eth77 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

eth77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the eth77 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga; or via Indonesian e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are published on the Deposits page within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by eth77's payment processing systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. eth77 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within three minutes of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. eth77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which eth77 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC verification process for withdrawals above the threshold stated in your account dashboard.
• The withdrawal amount requested must not exceed your available real-money balance (exclusive of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements).
• eth77 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, AML (anti-money laundering) screening, or identity verification procedures.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in your own legal name. Payments to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

eth77 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.

eth77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered members who meet the specific criteria stated for each promotion. eth77 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at reduced rates or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds that expire prior to completion of wagering requirements will be removed from your account without compensation.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, eth77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your eth77 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by you: You may close your eth77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Termination by eth77: eth77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

• Identification of the account holder as a minor (person under 21 years of age).

Where an account is terminated by eth77 due to proven fraudulent conduct or material breach of these terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. In all other cases of eth77-initiated termination, real-money balances (net of void bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder following completion of any required verification.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction in which eth77 holds its operating license.
